Having to eat Gluten Free can be tough, especially the transition period. As gluten intolerance has risen, so has the demand for gluten free alternatives. Now you can get almost everything you would normally eat, gluten free. It may take some work, you may find yourself cooking a lot more and it will take some extra money. Gluten Free items will be more expensive than their conventional counterparts. However, if you are suffering from what you think is a gluten intolerance, avoiding such foods will be worth every penny.
