Today, I am sharing with you a green smoothie recipe that is guilt free and packed full of nutrients. This Super Green Shamrock Smoothie will put you in the mood for Spring, St. Patrick’s Day, and will leave you feeling refreshed.
For My Super Green Shamrock Smoothie you will need:
–1 Ripe and Spotty Banana (they are the sweetest and have less starches, making them easier to digest)
–1 Cup Kale
–1 Tablespoon Hemp Hearts, Ground Flaxseed, or Chia Seeds
–1 Cup Frozen Mango Chunks
–1 Cup Cashew Milk or Other Non Dairy Milk
